Utilizing the latest technology, Phil teaches these “Live” interactive sessions in small groups of no more than 30 participants. Local Small Group Study

Many parishes across the country offer the 7 Steps program as part of their educational outreach. The small group format provides an effective way to build friendships and community at the parish level, while helping participants grow in their ability to manage their resources according to Godly principles. Small groups typically consist of up to 15 participants and the group leader, who meet for six weekly sessions plus an orientation meeting and a graduation-social. Each 90-120 minute session is supported by the Program DVD and Leader Guide and includes:

  • 10 minute opening prayer and homework review led by the group leader
  • 5 minute video introduction
  • 45 to 75 minute group discussion facilitated by the group leader
  • 10 to 20 minute practical exercise video
  • 10 minutes to share personal prayer intentions and have closing prayer
