Life and Money Overview:
This includes Phil's two talks on What It Means To Be Financially Free and How To Achieve True Financial Freedom. The overview takes 3 hours and is interactive with the participants. Small group breakout discussions are included.
Topics covered include:
- God's role and our role
- How managing our money is linked to the call to holiness
- How our heritage and money personality types impact how we manage money
- Marriage and money
- What it means to have a financial plan
- The importance of rainy day funds
- Understanding and managing debt
- The basics of insurance and estate planning
- Wealth: how to create it and how to use it
Honorarium: $1,500
Small Group Leader Training:
Leader training begins with the Life and Money Overview. The seminar continues with an afternoon of Small Group Leader Training. Phil walks leader trainees through the nuts and bolts of running the 7 Steps Small Group Study and actually guides participants through a sample session! Just listen to what participants are saying:

A minimum of 15 participants for leader training is required. There is no upward limit on the number of attendees for the overview.
Pastors and other Diocesan/Parish leaders can choose to attend just the morning event. Small group leaders are encouraged to attend both.
Honorarium - $2,000 (includes the Life and Money Overview)
Mass Talks:
Along with the Overview/Leader Training Seminar, Phil can stay to speak at each of the Sunday Masses at your parish, addressing the entire local Catholic community on what it means to be truly financially free as well encouraging participation in the 7 Steps Small Group Study. This has a tremendous impact on enthusiasm and goes a long way towards getting the 7 Steps program off the ground.
Honorarium - $1,500 ($500 if done in conjunction with Leader Training or Overview)
Generation Next for Young Adults:
Help the young adults in your community enter society equipped to manage their financial responsibilities and be aware of the Catholic principles associated with managing money well. Phil will cover topics that young adults need to hear such as earning, giving, saving, spending, debt, and investing. They'll learn the keys to managing money in the context of marriage and family life, as well as the role God has given them to become Stewards of Providence!

In addition to honorarium, hosting organization is also responsible for all travel expenses, including: air fare and/or mileage, lodging, rental car if necessary, and a per diem of $50.
